Graduated in Civil Engineering from the Technological Institute of Aeronautics (ITA), Lucas started in the market at a multinational education company, Adtalem Educacional do Brasil, which is part of Adtalem Global Education.

Since his academic period, he has been involved in initiatives that align business management and positive impact. Two of them were the Santos Dumont Academic Center, an assistance course to prepare students for college entrance exams and scholarship tests, and EDUKAI — of which he is co-founder —, an NGO that seeks to bring changes to the public education system through opportunities to students.

At Rise, he works in the Value Creation area.
